CTrain stations serve as canvases for compelling new artwork

Five Calgary Transit CTrain stations in our network now exhibit stunning new murals painted by local visual artists.

The artwork is on display at our Banff Trail, Barlow/Max Bell, Marlborough, Rundle and Southland Stations in prominent locations for riders and passers-by to experience.

The murals were created through TRANSITWORKS, our collaboration with the 2023 Beltline Urban Murals Project Festival.

With the murals, each of the five Calgary-based TRANSITWORKS artists tell unique stories of the city and their connections to the station painted.
