CLOSURE: Village Square Leisure Centre Customer Service Centre

Calgary Transit’s customer service location at Village Square Leisure Centre (VSLC) is permanently closing August 17. This closure is due to construction at VSLC beginning later this year. 

We are working on selecting a new location in the north to replace our VSLC customer service centre. 

Low-Income and Low-Income Senior Passes will still be available to purchase in-person at:

  • Centre Street Platform customer service centre (125 7 Avenue SE)
  • Previous Bow Parkade (234 7 Avenue SW) location, which will be temporarily open until a new space is ready
  • Shawnessy location (333 Shawville Blvd SE)
  • City of Calgary Corporate Cashiers (third floor, 800 Macleod Trail SE)  

Additional options for customers purchasing a Low-Income or Low-Income Senior pass:  

  1. Use the My Fare app 
  2. Use the Transit app
  3. Buy online at calgarytransit.com/shop

Low-income and low-income senior passes will still be available at our Village Square Leisure Centre customer service centre weekdays from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. until August 14, 2026.
